Plantoz Fast Cure is a highly concentrated and fast acting treatment designed to effectively combat a wide range of external parasites, fungal infections and viral diseases commonly found in pond and aquarium fish, It is especially suitable for koi and other ornamental species prone to such infections.
Effective Against:
White spot disease (Ichthyophthirius), Fungal infections, Trichodina, Costia (Ichthyobodo Necatrix), Chilodonella, other external parasites, certain viral infections and common koi diseases.
Dosage Instructions:
Add 1.5m, of Fast Cure per 50 liters of pond or aquarium water or half a capful (approx. 10ml) per 375 liters. Administer the dose on Day 1, Day 3 and Day 5. On Day 7, perform a 20% water change. Do not feed the fish during the treatment period. For smaller or sensitive fish species, reduce the dosage to 0.75ml per liters to prevent stress or overdose.
Precautions & Directions:
Turn off UV sterilizers, ozone generators and protein skimmers during the entire course of treatment. Remove all chemical filtration media(e.g., activate carbon, zeolite, phosphate removers) from the filter, as these can neutralize the treatment. Increase aeration to maintain proper oxygen levels, especially if filtration is turned off. If the filter is off, ensure intensive aeration using air stones or air pumps to keep the water oxygenated. Do not reuse previously infected filter media, as it may carry harmful pathogens. For added safety, especially with rare or sensitive fish species, it is recommended to test the product first in a 5-10 liters quarantine tank with a good air circulation. Before starting treatment, perform a partial water change (replace 50-60% of the aquarium water) with clean, dechlorinated water.
